De Zees in Ribnitz-Damgarten

My favorite restaurant in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Friendly service, clean toilets and of course, most of all, simply delicious food. My favorites are the pikeperch fillet and the salad with fish fillet. The homemade limos and desserts are also world class. We have already organized a celebration there with about 30 people and everyone liked it very much and it went smoothly.

Came into the restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised 👍🏻. The maritime style and the proximity to the harbor make you feel right at home and in vacation mode. The staff are very nice, the food is delicious and there are also special drinks. The vegetarian dish with seaweed salad, pumpkin, halloumi, ciabatta, etc. and the apple cider (tasted very good) are highly recommended. A little more expensive, but comparable to the restaurants in the area. Definitely worth a visit 😋

Good food - not good service! Our waiter wasn't particularly keen, not even to answer questions about the food on offer. Even praise to the matj plate was not taken note of. When asked about a pepper mill, they said, take the prepackaged pepper from the table. Delicious is something else and fresh pepper is simply a must for this category of restaurant. Different salad dressing? Unfortunately there is only the house dressing, which was red and sweet. I would have preferred vinegar and oil. Water for the dog? You have to go to the bowl for all dogs outside the door. All in all, unfortunately not to be recommended.

We went to "de Zees" for lunch today and can warmly recommend it. The service was attentive and very friendly. A compliment to the chef, the food was delicious, lovingly presented and plentiful. We would love to come back and wish our guests continued satisfied, especially in these difficult times.

We spent our birthday there with a brunch today and it was all very nice. The food was very nicely presented and everything tasted excellent. The service was also very courteous and nice. It was a successful day and we would recommend the restaurant to everyone. Many thanks again to the whole workforce. 😊

Lovely food and scenery

Nicely located, it also tasted good, but unfortunately the portion wasn't as big as the price. And when you notice that the portion was very clear and then get the answer "I'll pass that on to the kitchen", I ask myself? Why do you even ask?

The two of us went to eat at DE ZEES in early September. It was still warm and we could sit outside. You have a nice view of the harbor. Despite Corona, everything was very good. Fast, courteous service and in the kitchen they know something about the subject. We ate delicious and can recommend it.

Super friendly and nice service. The food was served very nicely and my matjes were the best I've ever eaten. Very tender and fresh and great differently placed what you also tasted great. Wouldn't even have needed the apple sour cream sauce, as the herring tasted individually ... The other food was also great! So I can only recommend it. Keep it up

We have been there twice on vacation and each time more than satisfied. Very tasty food and well presented. The portions are plentiful and definitely fill you up. The price-performance ratio is consistent. The fish is also world class and fried to the point. We'd love to come back in the future.

Very cozy restaurant. The waitress wasn't particularly friendly at first. But then there was a change in staff and then it was much better. The waitress was then very attentive. Food is very good and the waiting time from ordering to eating on the table is about 30 minutes.

Spontaneously searched for a restaurant and what can I say: a hit! Super delicious food, very nicely presented. Prices are also very humane. The service is very friendly. I can recommend it to others.

Spontaneously with the daughter visited this great restaurant. The fish pot was uniquely delicious and the pikeperch was in no way inferior. The condition was quick and friendly. We will definitely recommend this restaurant and visit again.

It has now become my favorite restaurant. If you really want to eat well, that's a must. The service is very friendly, the ambience to match the name and the view of the botten are unique. I have never had any food that I didn't like.

Very great restaurant right on the port of Ribnitz. You can sit outside very nicely, with a view of the water. The food tasted very good and was very nicely presented. Kudos to the kitchen. Very nice, friendly staff. The toilets are very clean and smell very pleasant. We were here for the first time today and will definitely eat here again on our vacation.

Great food, nice place!

Visually appealing, varied and very tasty meal. It lacks a menu in English which is hardly understandable if we think of the potential the restaurant has due to its location.

Perfect food. The cook obviously loves his job very much. Very nice staff! Clean, well-scented toilets. If you want to eat good fish there is very very good!
